If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Photo proof of the damaged product may be required to proceed with a refund. 

Please have your order number and order confirmation email ready for proof of purchase.

 

If you damage the product intentionally or through misuse, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

We will do our best to process any refunds within 2 business days once the necessary information (proof of purchase, photo proof) is provided.
